Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or feel it’s not the right fit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. While you have 14 days to return it, early notice helps us assist you better.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for  refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at whatsapp 00 44 77 47 814 888. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for Sale items, Jewellery, Clearance items, or products that have been customized or altered at the buyer’s request. Traditional and festive items are also non-refundable. However, if you receive an item in the wrong size or with any damage, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you. We kindly request that any such issues be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the item so that we can assist you promptly.

Please notify us of the problem immediately upon receiving the item, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges if informed at a later time.

Item Return & Exchange

It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it's packed properly and protected during delivery.Buyer has to pay the postage for the return. 

We make every effort to ensure you receive the correct size for your order. A measurement guide video is available on our homepage, and if you have any doubts, we are more than happy to assist you in selecting the right size.

To help avoid unnecessary returns, we kindly encourage you to double-check your size before placing an order.

If you choose to return an item for reasons other than damage and request a refund, you will receive the full amount you paid in the form of a shop gift card, valid for one year. If you prefer a direct refund to your account instead, please note that a £2.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that items must still be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our general return guidelines.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly—either credited back to your original payment method or issued as a shop gift card. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
